Responsibilities / Tasks Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level; HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments; Execution and check up of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements; Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding; Education-, development- and career planning; Development and application of working conditions; Organization development; Execution of (global) HR projects. Your Profile / Qualifications You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management; You have a minimum of 5-10 year’s experience with general HR themes; You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics; You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production.
