Guarantee specialist support for each company decision-making centre; Assist commercial agents, contributing to the definition of agreements with third parties (partners and/or subcontractors) and providing optimal solutions from a legal/technical point of view also in relation to the projects to which such agreements refer; Assist sales agents both during the preparation of offers, through a timely assessment of contractual risks and the identification of proposals to mitigate such risks, and during the negotiation phase with customers; Assist company representatives in the execution of contracts, both through the interpretation of contractual clauses and through the implementation of all contractual instruments for the protection of the company; Develop, also with the aid of specific legal assistance, all the initiatives (amicable resolution/dispute/arbitration) necessary to achieve the objectives set by the Top Management; Support the Company's Top Management in defining general and specific objectives. The resource, supported by the Contract Manager, will ensure specialized assistance to Project Management in the management of all aspects related to the negotiation phase of offers with customers, the definition of relationships with third parties (partners/subcontractors) in relation to the offers and to the contract execution phase.
